*To book into our Kennels or Cattery we do need a 50% deposit. This is fully refundable up to 2 WEEKS before they are due to stay. Any cancellations within the 2 weeks before the stay will mean the forfeit of the deposit. If no deposit is paid, the booking will not be on our system. No deposit needed for daycare or grooms unless otherwise specified.
*Any amendments to any booking within the 2 weeks before the stay or during the stay will incur full price of original booking.
*Full payment for any remaining balance is payable on or before check-in with us.
*Please be aware you must disclose any behavioural or medical information about your pet which can impact the level of care we provide. If this is not done we refuse the right to admit your pet into our care. We are unfortunately unable to cater for pets who are diabetic or epileptic.
* Please be aware that not all dogs are suitable for doggy day care or holidays in our kennels.
* Any dogs with behavioural or aggression issues will not be accepted into our doggy day care facilities.
* Before being accepted in to our day care facilities your doggie must be assessed with one of our dog-friendly staff dogs.
* After a successful interview your dog will be welcome to come stay in our day care for the day. If your dog should show any signs of aggression or other behavioural issues within this day they will unfortunately not be able to return to our day care facility.
* All male dogs over the age of 9 months may required be neutered to attend our day care facilities, this is subject to behavioural assessment
* Female dogs who come into season will not be able to attend doggy daycare for the duration of there season (2-3weeks) however they can still be boarded with us.
* All pets must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and for dogs this is including kennel cough which must be shown upon boarding in to our kennels or entry into our day care facilities. We reserve right to refuse service if documentation can not be provided. Please ensure this is up to date and correct BEFORE they’re due to stay.
* All pets accepted in to Upholland kennels and daycare require to be wormed and de-flead by owners regularly.
* In the unlikely event of your pet being involved in an accident or in an emergency, UpHolland Kennels and Cattery will take your dog to Potter House vets, Upholland. All costs will be incurred by the owner.
* Puppies and kittens are very welcome to both our kennels and day care facilities as long as they’ve had all relevant vaccinations.
* All dogs within our day care or kennels must wear a collar or harness with appropriate ID tag provided by the owner
* Payment must be received on the day of collection or drop-off by our team, unless a payment plan has otherwise been arranged previously.
* All viewings for our facilities are done by APPOINTMENT ONLY, to ensure maximum security and safety, and to make sure a staff member is available to show you around! We are not able to show you around if you do not previously book in with us.
* If no payment is received then we reserve the right to refuse collection of your dog or cat.
* All dogs staying in our kennels and doggy day care facilities are taken in to our exercise fields on extended leads unless otherwise advised by owners, all dogs are done so at the owners risk.
* UpHolland Kennels and Cattery will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your pet. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
* UpHolland Kennels and Cattery reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog, cat or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behaviour.
*Any belongings left with us are done so at owners own risk of damage or loss.

· FROM 6PM DOGGY DAY CARE CUSTOMERS INCUR A LATE FEE AND AFTER 6.30pm WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BOARDED WITHIN OUR KENNELS INCURRING OVERNIGHT BOARDING FEES.
